1. Access
You must be at least 16 years old, provide accurate information and create one account per person.
You are responsible for your password and everything that happens through your account.
By creating a Festoq account you agree to these terms.
2. Community rules
No hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, discriminatory or illegal content.
No spam, advertising, scams, ticket fraud or reselling of data.
No fake profiles, impersonation or photos of other people without their consent.
Respect other users in chats. You can report any profile or message with the report button.
3. Moderation
We may remove content and suspend or permanently block accounts that break these rules.
Submitted festivals, concerts and news are reviewed manually before publication.
4. Third-party content
Festival, concert and ticket information comes from organisers and ticket partners. We do our best to keep it accurate but give no guarantee; ticket purchases always happen with the external vendor.
5. Your content
You keep the rights to your photos and texts and grant Festoq a limited licence to display them inside the app while your account exists.
6. Liability
Festoq is a platform for meeting festival-goers, not an organiser. Meeting other users is at your own risk — meet in public places.
Festoq is not liable for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
